Dive Against Debris Tenerife

Some of the Team were out on a Dive Against Debris last week and we are happy to say they came back with very little #rubbish

1 #PADI #Instructor and 6 PADI #Divemasters managed to collect a total of 350g of rubbish from our House reef !

We are happy that carrying out a #DAD every 2-3 weeks is having such a huge positive effect on our #Reef

Well done Team and keep up the excellent work.

PADI Divemasters Tom, Eric and Paulus

We are bursting with excitement at the success of our next group of #PADI #Divemasters

Huge Congratulations to Eric, Paulus and Tom from #Spain and #England

Also pictured is Gabriel from #Italy who was very excited to have certified his first Divemaster.

We get to say goodbye to Eric and Paulus, but Tom is around for a while longer, as he is joining our next PADI #IDC ,to become an Instructor

Gabriel, who was on the last IDC, has finished his experience training and next week gets to go solo with his Student’s.

We will miss Paulus and Eric, but are sure they will be back soon.

100th scuba dive

Why are they not wearing wetsuits, you ask?
Have the oceans warmed so much we no longer need them in Tenerife ?
No, this is the prelude to Patricks 100th #dive and in line with tradition………….. 🤫😱
Ben was very keen to be Patricks wingman for this dive, and luckily the Reef wasn’t that busy! 🥶

PADI Rescue Diver with Alin, Alina, Anna and Sam

Another day, another #PADI course or 2, perhaps 3……………

Today we have PADI Rescue #diver course for Alin, Alina, Anna and Sam to be followed by an Advanced diver course for Sophie and Josh.

Assisting and observing on the courses are Mina, Paul, Becky and Marlene.

Anna will also be starting her PADI #Deep Specialty diver course.

Our Instructors for the day are Nicole and newly qualified #PADI #OWSI Gabriel who is soaking up all the knowledge he can before he gets to do his first students next week.

A question we keep being asked is are we open……………………

Hugo, Sam , Mina, Patrick and Paul are out on our House Reef which has some beautiful conditions today.

After our sad goodbyes from some amazing candidates last week we get to say hello to a new group of #adventurers from around the world.

We have Anna from #Italy , Sophie from #Luxemborg , Sam and Josh from #England and the unforgettable Becky and Marlene from England and #Denmark
Anna, Sophie, Sam and Josh arrived just this week for their journey whereas Becky and Marlene snuck in during the #IDC to get a head start on the others.

With no time to waste, Anna and Sam joined Alin and Alina for the #PADI Rescue course and Sophie and Josh start the Advanced #Diver course.

Becky has already managed to complete her PADI Advanced course and joined Marlene for the Rescue course last week.

Great to see everyone progress so well and a this week is a really good #buzz around the #DC with lots of positive vibes.

PADI Divemaster and Master Scuba Diver – Eden

Last, but not least, is Eden who joined as an #Advanced #Diver , literally managed to complete her 60th #dive today and became a #PADI #Divemaster

Throwing herself into becoming a PADI #Pro ,Eden also managed to complete 5 PADI #Specialties to become a Master Scuba Diver #MSD too.

With a week left to go, Eden will be assisting around the #DC and passing on what she has learned on her journey.

Newly Qualified: PADI DM and PADI MSDT

Time for a Double celebration, firstly Thomas from #Switzerland passing his #PADI #Divemaster and also newly qualified PADI #MSDT Nicole, also from Switzerland, signing her first ever Divemaster certification.


Thomas also managed to complete 5 #PADI Specialties during his time with us and becomes a Master Scuba Diver #MSD


He now returns home to follow his dream, and we wish him well 🐬


Nicole now moves on to complete her PADI Staff Instructor course with PADI Course Director Kim here at #TDA

Time for our Team photo for September and this time we had a special guest who dropped in for a chat, our PADI Regional Manager, Jason.
It is always a pleasure to receive a visit from the RM and we had lots to chat about.

The first Day of the Instructor Development Course here in the Canary Islands with PADI #Platinum #Elite 300 Course Director Kim and some old and new faces.
We are joined by Rikke from #Norway Gabriel from #Italy and Ryan and Alicia from #England

Also completing their Staff Instructor training, after recently becoming a PADI #MSDT , is Nicole.

Nicole completed her PADI Instructor course with us 1 year ago and we welcome her back to continue her education.

Day 1 Consisted of starting the 2 Day #EFR Instructor course.

The mandatory 2 days of training covers all aspects including, skills, marketing and sales.
A great start to the course and we are looking forward to many days of learning and fun.
